Policy Signature + PowerRecall Integration

Admins can now attach quiz questions to policy documents, requiring users to complete the quiz before signing.

User responses feed into the PowerRecall spaced repetition model for ongoing learning analytics.

Admins can select all questions or use only specific quiz questions from published decks to link to a policy for signature.

Users need to answer all questions (right or wrong) before signing. A pass/fail option doesn’t exist.

Automatic logging of configuration changes (add/remove questions) for clear audit trails.
- Archiving & Impact

Archiving a card or an entire deck may remove it from the policy signature requirement if it’s the last linked question set.

Document archiving breaks existing question links; re-publishing the document requires re-linking questions.
- End-User Experience & Spaced Repetition Updates

Users must complete all assigned questions to unlock the policy signature.

Each attempt (correct or incorrect) updates the user’s spaced repetition data; correct answers adjust future review timing.
