  • Employee Merit & Conduct Ingest

Feature: Employee Merit & Conduct Ingest

This feature introduces the ingestion of non-case disciplinary actions (Merit and Conduct) into the Employee Insights (EI) platform. Administrators can now configure, manage, and track various merit and conduct entries without needing to manually create indicators.

You can access the data source page, click Manage data source for merit and conduct, and map which reasons and types map to which.

Note: Types and reasons are based on code tables set in Admin for merit and conduct.

Value

Streamlines the ingestion and management of merit and conduct data, supporting a more complete view of employee behavior and recognition. Enhances cross-system data consistency and eliminates manual entry errors. Merit and Conduct are directly linked to the original entries from PowerVitals.
