New Feature/Enhancements
- Added a 0 pulse score filter in Custom Views on the Supervisor dashboard.
Feature: 0 Pulse Score Filter
We added a new filter, Exclude 0 Pulse Score Officers, to the Supervisor Dashboard to provide users with the option to hide employees whose pulse score is 0. This filter helps normalize dashboard data by removing outliers who haven't received any scoring.
Value
This enhancement ensures more accurate comparative analysis of pulse scores by removing employees without any pulse activity from view. It helps reduce data skew caused by inactive users.
Audience
Administrators and Supervisors.
Examples
- A supervisor wants to analyze their agency and exclude officers with no pulse activity. They set the filter to Yes to view only employees with activity.
