Comp Time - Leave Policy Cap Validation — Re-Architecture
Value
Improves reliability of leave policy cap validation by running UACALC logic in trial mode and passing DB session variable values to the Java layer, ensuring accurate entitlement cap enforcement.

- This re-implements TA-8118: [ENHANCEMENT] SF Case : Convert OT to Comp Time - Employees able to convert in excess of the 'Entitlement or Rolling Cap' & such OT disappears without pay. Closed under the new architecture for improved accuracy and maintainability.
Comp Time — Supporting Multiple Destination Time Codes
Value
Allows employees to select which compensation policy to convert overtime, rather than being limited to a single destination compensation policy. Provides audit trail visibility for all conversions.

What’s new
- Work Rules now support selecting a Time Code Set (multi-select) as an alternative to the single conversion time code field. One or the other is mandatory; when one is populated the other is disabled.
- A new tooltip on the Multi Select Time Code field reads: "Select the time code set for comp time earned. These will be selectable during conversion to convert overtime."
- On the employee's "My Timesheet," the Convert Overtime modal now displays a Time Code lookup column when a time code set is configured. The employee must select a time code before confirming — no default is applied.
- Policy caps are validated once hours and time code have been selected.
- A new Audit link is added next to the "Convert Overtime" link, displaying conversion audit logs consistent with other audit log interfaces (e.g., Work Rules).
UPCTS / Send Timesheets to Payroll — Cancel Leave Requests with Outstanding Approval
Value
When unsubmitted timesheets are brought into payroll, leave requests still awaiting final approval within that period are now cancelled when the new parameter “Cancel Awaiting Approval Leaves” is set to yes. This prevents payroll discrepancies caused by unresolved leave approvals.

What’s new
- A new "Cancel Waiting Approval Leaves" Yes/No toggle (default: No) has been added to the Send Timesheets to Payroll screen (modernized UI).
- The toggle is only editable when "Include Open Status" is set to Yes.
- When both "Include Open Status" = Yes and "Cancel Requested Leaves" = Yes:
- Leave requests awaiting final approval within the timesheet period are cancelled.
- The LEAVE_APPROVAL column is set to "Cancelled."
- An audit message is recorded: "UPCTS Cancelled - Due to lack of approval action. Execution ID: XXXXXX. User Name: XXXXX."
- All pending approval tasks for the cancelled leave are deleted; previously approved records are set to "Approval Historic."
- Tooltip: "Select Yes to Cancel leave request waiting approval."
