Features and Enhancements 

 

Accrual Integrity Enhancements

 

The Time & Attendance team has made an enhancement to prevent inaccurate leave earnings. 

Previously, running the “Calculate Accruals” process multiple times before running “Close Accruals” occasionally resulted in employees receiving inaccurate leave earnings.

To ensure accrual integrity, if the “Calculate Accrual” process is run multiple times without running “Close Accruals”, the “Undo Accrual Calculations” process is run in the background. 

No action is required from administrators for this to occur.

On the My Team’s Timesheet screen, searching the Department column would associate current timesheets to departments from completed assignments. 


 

Timesheets are now only associated with active assignments, or assignments that do not have an end date. 

 

NOTE - This fix only applies if the end date is populated on the assignment. The best practice is to add an end date on the assignment.
