We are excited to announce our Fall Enhancement Releases for the Unified Suite.
The Mobile App's Enhancements are live and ready to use. To access the new features please be sure to update your app. Download the Release Notes below.
The Unified Self Service Dashboard enhancement release is during the evening of November 21st, there will be no downtime with this release. Download the Release Notes below.
We also have created a FAQ for Impersonation as we now have different ways that Impersonation can be started.
In order to use the new Unified Impersonation features please contact the Customer Success team and ask for them to enable the Impersonation features for you. We'll update the settings to have these features available by default in Early December.
