New Features / Enhancements

This quarter, we focused on making it easier to manage dashboards.

Agency Dashboard Enhancements

We've made it easier to navigate and manage multiple dashboards in Unified. A new Switch Dashboard menu lets users move quickly between their agency's default dashboard and any other dashboards available to them, with the active default clearly marked. While editing a dashboard, users can now open Version History to review past versions and restore one if needed, and dashboards that are still in draft are clearly labeled so it's obvious what's published versus still being worked on.

Gives administrators the confidence to update dashboards knowing they can always review history and roll back changes, and helps all users find the right dashboard faster.

Examples

1. An administrator updates the agency dashboard, decides they preferred the earlier layout, and restores a previous version from Version History.
2. A user opens Switch Dashboard and sees every dashboard available to them, with the current default dashboard clearly labeled.
