In this release, we’re bringing new visibility into hiring data and background investigations with three new reports:
- Investigator Workload Report
- Disqualifications Based on Policy
- Disqualifications and EEO
Each report helps your agency answer critical questions, ensure equitable hiring practices, and manage investigator workloads with data-driven clarity.
Value
Investigator Workload - This dashboard report offers a quick overview of all applicants assigned to investigators, categorized by their current status. The accompanying grid provides further details, such as job information, checklist statuses, important dates, and some demographic data for each applicant. You can use the standard filters to narrow down your data search.
Disqualification and EEO - Organizations frequently face the challenge of understanding the human capital they may be inadvertently overlooking or losing during their hiring and selection processes. This includes valuable attributes such as an applicant's educational background, unique skill sets, or even the ability to communicate in multiple languages.
This report helps agencies assess the fairness and equity of disqualification decisions by providing the total number of disqualified applicants and their age distribution. Review the grid data to identify potential biases, trends, or patterns among disqualified applicants.
You can use the standard filters to narrow down your data search.
Disqualification Based on Policy - This report helps agencies assess which policies are most often driving disqualification decisions, giving visibility into the effectiveness (or overreach) of configured rules. It also supports policy audits and ensures decisions align with agency expectations. You can use the standard filters to narrow down your data search.

Note: You can schedule a report by clicking the ellipsis (3-dot menu) and then clicking Schedule Delivery. From this modal, you can configure filters, recurrence, recipient, and file format. The report will automatically run and be delivered via email.

| Parent / Child Questions | Fixed an issue where child questions were not appearing under the respective parent question in Applicant PHS, Investigator PHS, and print PHS for Employment History and Prior Public Safety modules. |
