When an applicant initially entered an incorrect name during the profile/onboarding process but later corrected it within the Personal History Statement (PHS), the automatically generated or regenerated waivers incorrectly displayed the initial, wrong name in the signature panel.

We have updated how applicant names and signatures are populated on generated forms. Vetted will now prioritize the name from the Personal History Statement (PHS). If the name is not found in the PHS, Vetted will check the applicant's profile. This update also ensures the name is consistently applied to form tokens and the signature panel.

The Employment module in the Personal History Statement (PHS) had an issue in which some fields were submitted without meeting the required field validation requirements.

Deployed a fix to ensure applicants complete all required fields before submission is allowed.
