Uploading Supporting Document Template Files
Admins can now upload a template file in the action column for each supporting document of the Personal History Statement (PHS). This file will be available for the applicant to download when completing their PHS. This new feature allows agencies to provide necessary forms, such as the SF-180, to applicants earlier in the process.
Note: The Standard Form 180 (SF-180) is the official U.S. government form used by veterans, next of kin, or authorized representatives to request military personnel and health records from the National Archives (such as a replacement DD Form 214).
Sending an Invitation from the Screen Applicants page with Job Override
Users can now select a different job/PHS when inviting applicants from the Screen Applicants page, even if it differs from the one the applicant originally applied for in Insight.
Example
An applicant applies for the "Police Officer" position in Insight, but the department decides they should complete the "Police Officer - Lateral" PHS due to their prior experience.
Bulk Update Academy Session
A new bulk action allows Department users to update the academy session for multiple applicants selected from the My Investigations or Applicants grid.
