Approvals:

When two approvers at the same level try to approve simultaneously, they open the same profile for First Response or Dynamic First Response.

Deployed validation and toast message when one user has completed the level while another user is still reviewing.

Approvals:

When viewing a workflow log, the number of days calculated was based on the workflow start, not the last action from the previous step.

Corrected the calculation and the messaging ‘Level X has not received a response in X days since last action…’ to match.

Correspondence Hub:

When correspondence is sent to the same My Agency or Nationwide contact for multiple users, the activity was listed as duplicated for some users. 

Deployed a fix for LE Agency Record, My Contacts, and Nationwide Contact correspondence, when multiple applicants send correspondence to the same Reference, then the flyout shows activities corresponding to respective applicants only.

External Reports:

When requesting the Employment Credit or Social Media report through the First Choice integration, multiple reports could be requested accidentally. 

Deployed a confirmation pop-up and appropriate messaging when the report has already been requested and is pending.
