General Changes
This section includes changes to the product's basic design that don’t affect its function, such as the location of common links or menu changes, the addition of tooltips, extra filter and sorting options, or modifications to page titles.
Phone Correspondence Cards
When saving a newly created phone correspondence, Investigators can select a new or existing contact from the dropdown. When saved, a Vetted creates a separate hub card. The existing features for accessing fly-out information, adding attachments, notes, or changing the status, remain unchanged.
