Please Note: Only Open Events that have employees in the Submitted, Process, or Closed Status will show in the Events field.

  • Employees
    • Allows the administrator to control what employees they would like to include on the report.
    • If toggled ON, all employees (that are in the Submitted, Processed, or Closed Status) in the event(s) selected will be included on the report.

Note:

  • Only Employees in the Submitted, Process, or Closed Status can be selected to be included in the report.
  • Previous Elections are defined as what the employee is enrolled in at time of creation of the Open Enrollment.
    • If an employee makes no changes to Previous Election, or Plan is not included in the Open Enrollment Event, therefore their enrollment remains the same, there will be no new data in the New Election section.
  • New Elections are defined as what the employee has selected in their Open Enrollment upon Submission.
  • If an Open Enrollment is reset, the Previous Elections remain the same, but the New Elections will be shown based on the elections made after the reset.
  • Previous vs. New Elections are grouped by:
    • Same Plan Type
    • Same Plan Election Set
  • If Previous vs. New Election are not on the same row, it is due to one of these reasons:

  • Reports will download automatically if it only takes around 5-10 seconds. If longer, you will be able to access the report via Report History.

Value
