Bulk Terminations
With this release, administrators will now have the ability to process bulk terminations. This will allow users to go to the Employees list page, select users, then click Bulk Actions and select Terminate. From there, admins will see the familiar Terminate Employee popup that is used for individuals. Everything will work the same, including the Start Offboarding checkbox, only it will be for multiple employees.
Value
Allows admins to bulk terminate employees instead of terminating employees one at a time, which is very helpful during the end of summer seasonal employment.
Audience
Administrators or any user with the permission for Employee List - Bulk Termination feature.
Examples
You can use bulk termination for ending seasonal employment, reduction in force (RIF), or any other types of termination for more than one individual at a time.
Change Reasons
With this release, administrators can take better control of their change reasons. Previously, you needed to contact support to manage change reasons.
During the first quarter of 2025, we added the ability to add the change reason on the fly with just adding the name. Now you can use the Change Reasons page, which allows you to add a change reason and a description for better management.
You’ll also be able to restrict which screens each of the change reasons show up on. You can set these restrictions when you create or edit a change reason in the Display Only On column. Selecting pages from the dropdown list will limit the change reason to display only on those that are selected.
Note: If there is an approval process around something, you will want to include a Personnel Actions page as well for things like Assignment, Employments, Personal, etc

Examples
If you wanted a change reason to only apply for a bank account change, you would select the corresponding page from the dropdown list in the Display Only On column. This is something that would only need to be used on the Direct Deposit page and not any other that it is currently showing on.
Termination Reasons

Audit Logs - Security Profile
With this release, we have expanded our audit logs to include the Security Profile page. The audit log will include when security profiles are added, edited and deleted. It will also include adding, editing and deleting/removing data from the Roles/Permissions, Data Access and Field Control tabs within the Security Profile page.

Allows administrators to see when a change has been made to the security profile, who made the change, and when that change was made. The feature gives a complete audit of the security profiles.

Audit Logs - Employee Profile: Personal
With this release, we have expanded our audit logs to include the Employee Profile - Personal page. The audit log will allow administrators to see who edited personal information.
Value
Allows administrators to see when a change has been made to the personal information of an employee profile including who made the change, and when the change was made. The feature gives a complete audit of the personal information of the employee profile.
