When Defining Form Field Tabbing Index in the Form Builder.

Fixed an issue when manually updating the field tabbing index on forms, sometimes the numbers would not save or change unexpectedly.

When a Training Task is edited with a comment.

Fixed an issue when Training tasks in Onboard became inaccessible if they were edited and a comment was added to the task.

When editing agency notification settings, some options are duplicated.

Duplicated notification options were removed.
