When an agency with NEOGOV HRIS Terminates an Employee

The New Hire Ready for Onboarding Notification Was Sent for terminated employees. We corrected this behavior so that this email notification only if an employee is created or rehired 

• with a start date between the last 30 and next 90 days 

• and is not auto-assigned checklists

Using the Manager Full Name Employee Field in the Form Builder

The manager’s full name was only populating for pre-hires and authorized pre-hires but not employees.

Editing a Mentor Group

For large agencies, mentor groups were not loading making it impossible to edit them.
