Attempting to Add a New Employee From Direct Reports Screen

In Onboard, it is possible to view a list of all direct reports for a given employee. If a user tried to create a new employee from this filtered list, the Create Employee screen was not loading. This issue has been fixed.

Using or Completing the HRIS Emergency Contact Form

In the State field, IL was missing. We added IL to the form and updated all HRIS Emergency Contact Forms created to ensure that this is an option for employees filling this out.

Initiating Exports to Laserfiche DMS

When initiating an export of form PDFs to Laserfiche, it was possible for forms to be stuck in an Export Initiated status without updating to a success of fail status. We introduced a code fix to prevent exports from being stuck in this status. This issue only occurred intermittently and is only relevant to customers who have the Laserfiche integration. Please note that this issue will be fixed on August 7th and not July 31.

Our apologies. One issue was left off the Bugs Resolved table. We will also be deploying a fix for the following issue:

When using the Promote to Employee or Position Change Actions, even if no checklists are selected, the confirmation message for assigning currently-assigned checklists appears when moving to the next tab.

Our fix ensures that the confirmation message for assigning currently-assigned checklists only appears if a currently assigned checklist is selected for assignment as part of one of these actions.


We noticed a change that was not anticipated. When terminating an employee in Onboard a notification was sent to our admins regarding the change. This previously was not enabled.
