Why are other users listed in the "Security tab - This User - Users and Groups?

When managing a User, other users are listed under “This User in the Security Tab.

2-part question: Can someone send me a current proof of what you provide for Standard 70.1.2 Searching Transport Vehicles (an officer’s activity log of the search of patrol vehicles prior and after detainee transport) as well as your written directive you developed for your agency from this standard?  Thank you in advance for your time in sending these.

How do I set up a PowerDMS account for another department to view a specific standard in my assessment year? Would I set this up as a “Mock Assessment”

Author 3.0 not allowing me to edit document in word

I have updated to the new author 3.0. I was able to edit a document through it earlier. It opened the document in word and I was able to save the revision on PowerDMS. Now, when I try to edit a document it only opens it as a PDF and will not allow me to edit it. Any help would be appreciated.
