Cannot see past assessments

Hello, I am new here and new to accreditation.  PowerDMS had an update yesterday and now I am unable to see our previous assessment.  I have been using our old assessment to see exactly the types of things that are required for the standards.  Has anyone else had this issue?  And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Flagged Tasks and Comparison

Alot of information in my standards has been flagged.  When I bring up the flagged item and click on “View” that says that it is going to compare the item to something else, nothing ever comes up - at all.  Not the item that is already in the standard that has been flagged, not the new item they are comparing it with, nothing. How do I get rid of the flags or have the items come up to compare them?  This has made a mess of trying to figure out how many items are actually in my system that need attention.

Spring 2025 Perform Release Delayed

The Perform Team regrets to inform that the Spring 2025 Release scheduled for this morning, has been delayed due to technical issues. We are actively addressing all issues and will have an updated release date soon. In the meantime, all features are still available in UAT for testing. How to convert voice clip as MP3 to add to PowerDMS as a proof

I am trying to add voice recordings to PowerDMS as a proof. Can anyone assist with converting files over to MP3?

How does one track external training?

We have outside training courses hosted by FEMA. How do we best track these courses in NEOGOV, ideally with upload to the trainee’s account of their Certificate of completion from FEMA? What are best practices here? Thank you for any recommendations!

Author 3.0 not allowing me to edit document in word

I have updated to the new author 3.0. I was able to edit a document through it earlier. It opened the document in word and I was able to save the revision on PowerDMS. Now, when I try to edit a document it only opens it as a PDF and will not allow me to edit it. Any help would be appreciated.
