| Scenario When Issue Encountered | Issue Resolved |

| Some users experienced an issue where overdue notifications for certifications/licenses continued to be sent even after the Reminder and Overdue settings were turned off and saved. Despite disabling these notifications, the system continued to send recurring overdue emails (for example, every 7 days) indicating that the certification/license had expired. | This issue has been resolved. When Reminder and/or Overdue settings are turned off and saved for a certification/license, the system will stop all future reminder and overdue notifications. This behavior applies even if the certification/license has already expired, allowing it to remain on the user’s profile for record-keeping purposes without triggering additional notifications. |
| Some users experienced an issue where Training Requests appeared as In Progress in the Approval Log but could not be denied. When attempting to deny these requests, the system returned an error indicating that no valid approval task was available. These requests no longer had an active approval task, resulting in “stuck” items that could not be updated. | This issue has been resolved. Training Request statuses and Approval Log entries are now kept in sync when approval tasks are removed or expire, ensuring data consistency. As a result, users will no longer see In Progress requests without a valid underlying task, and approvers can now successfully deny Training Requests without encountering errors. |
| Some users experienced an issue where assigning a Direct Manager through the employee import process did not always update the manager’s security role in Learn. While the manager appeared correctly on the learner’s profile, they were still listed with an Employee role instead of Manager. As a result, they were unable to enroll direct reports into courses without an admin performing a manual edit and save workaround to re-sync their permissions. | This issue has been resolved. When a user is assigned as a Direct Manager through the employee import process, the system now automatically and consistently updates their security role to Manager. Managers will have the correct permissions to enroll their direct reports, eliminating the need for manual updates. Additionally, previously impacted records are being corrected to ensure all managers have the appropriate access moving forward. |
