Scenario When Issue Encountered	Issue Resolved
When an employee was terminated in Learn, they were sometimes still shown as enrolled in courses with a “Not Started” status. These courses were not automatically dropped, which could leave learning plans appearing overdue or incomplete even though the learner was no longer active.	We’ve updated the termination process so that when a learner is terminated, any qualifying courses and related learning plan enrollments are correctly dropped. Terminated learners will no longer remain on course rosters, and learning plan progress will reflect their status accurately going forward. We will also correct impacted data in production to ensure consistency with this update.
When an employee was assigned as a direct manager (for example, via the employee import), the system did not automatically update their security profile to a manager role. As a result, they continued to appear as a regular employee on the Users list and could not enroll their direct reports into courses. Admins sometimes had to use a workaround: edit and save the user profile from the Users list to trigger the correct manager permissions.	The system now correctly updates a user’s security profile to a manager role whenever they are set as a direct manager. Managers will consistently appear with the correct manager permissions in the Users list and will immediately be able to enroll their direct reports into courses, without needing any manual edit/save workaround. A data clean-up script has been run to correct impacted user records.
