Having trouble searching? When you are a first time visitor to the Community, your membership must be approved before you see content in the search results and in the menus on the top of the page. When you register for an account with the Community, a moderator will need to approve your access before it unlocks for you. We approve membership requests morning and evening during the business week (M-F). You will receive an email when you register, and then again after your membership has been approved. 

Once your membership has been approved, you will have full Community privileges. For more information about searching the Community as an approved member, please watch this video:

If you are still experiencing issues and you have received a confirmation email stating that your Community membership has been approved, please ensure that success.neogov.com has been whitelisted by your organization. Occasionally, your IT policies are blocking the ability to search in the Community. If whitelisting success.neogov.com does not solve the issue, your IT department might need to go a step further to ensure that the algolia cookie is not being blocked. To whitelist for the algolia cookie, they will need to whitelist the following: 

  • IC23ZXNZKT-dsn.algolia.net
  • IC23ZXNZKT-1.dsn.algolia.net
  • IC23ZXNZKT-2.dsn.algolia.net
