I’m looking to get rid of ‘paper rosters’ that officers need to sign for in service training. When someone registers for a course in PowerDMS, I would like to find a way to have them show up and scan a QR code or electronically sign a roster.  What have you found to be the most efficient alternative when using a digital roster?

    Here’s an option to capture sign-in records for in-person training:  Create a course and test for the training with the test questions requiring that they enter their name and badge number for each day they are signing in. The certificate for the course could be auto-awarded after completion of the course and successful sign in on each date. See the example attached.
