I’m looking for any written directives that cover the 3.2.3 Off Duty Employment standard requirements, specifically addressing:

• civilian employees working other jobs,
• sworn employees working other types of employment not using their law enforcement powers, and
• sworn employees and their ability (or not) to double badge.
