How do I find a report that shows how many documents a user has that are past due.  the report that I find shows the users and how many documents they have that require signature  and a past due number. but the past due number is not for all the documents in the users inbox.  I have clicked on lots of parameters and trying to find a report that meets this requirement is very frustrating.  I am looking for step by step instructions not go to inbosummary and try to figure it out.  I am looking for John Doe has 57 documents requiring signature and only 9 of them are past due.

I hope that makes sense

Hi @LETA.O

You can run a report the the “Users and Groups" tab and select “User Inbox". Input the username in the search field and click the blue arrow in the top corner. This will display a list of items inside the users inbox, including the due date.

See screen shots below:

I hope this helps!

Thank you Daniella for your response,  I should have been more clear about what I am looking for.  I need to see all the users that have signature past due documents, not just an individual.  Command staff want to see who is not signing off on their policies each month and how many days they are past due.  I can run the Inbox Summary report that gives me everything except how many documents are past due.  It shows how many documents are in a users inbox and a days past due number, but some of the documents are just a part of the total number of documents one has to sign and does not distinguish how many documents are actually past due. does that make more sense?

@LETA.O

No worries, have you taken a look at the “Signature Overview" report that you can find on the Documents Report tab? There’s some different filtering options you can choose from there, like the folder the documents live in, or you can click on the icon “Documents with Overdue Signatures" and it will show you which documents as well as who the user is when you click on the hyperlinks inside the tabs.

Again, thanks for your reply Daniella.  I am attaching a copy of the type of thing that I am looking for.

I’m sure it’s available, I just don’t have time to work through hundreds of filtering options every month to find this, or work through inboxes of over 700 users to see their past dues and combine them into a report.
