Here is a new update on the issues that are related to the new Form Builder release.

The following issues are now resolved:

• For the forms that have been submitted by at least one user you will now be able to make the following updates to reduce blank space on the form:
  • Delete pages if there are no fields on them 
  
  
  • Reorder fields  
  
  
  • Change field size - Size of the field on dynamic forms can be changed by updating Column and Row span. Size of the field on background forms can be changed by dragging a corner of the text box. 
  
  


• Auto-Format feature has been improved in the following way:
  • If your dynamic form has a very long section that does not fit on a single page, the section will be split into multiple sections to ensure section fields are not going out of the page. Every newly created section will have the same label as the original one. Please note that you can update a section label if needed. The same behavior will be applied when increasing the form font size. 
  
  


• The year drop-down in the datepicker for Date fields goes back only to 2012


• Adding leading zeros to provided date when date is typed in manually  


• Internal field names returned in lower case when using Custom Forms API. Going forward, internal field names will be returned in the exactly same format as defined in the Form Builder


• Archived forms in eForms should not be included in the Document Export


• Completed forms in Onboard should not create a new document version in eForms EDMS when moved from “Completed” to “Archived” status

Issues that are still in progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:

• Hyperlinks added in labels not displaying as formatted - Development in Progress


• Some old forms showing as In Progress /Completed although they should be Archived - Partially fixed. Development in Progress


• Driver license number not displayed properly in some cases - Development in Progress


• Email workflow not being sent in some cases - Development in Progress


• Some of the migrated background forms missing background image - Development in Progress


• Some of the fields missing on migrated dynamic forms - Development in Progress


• Some of the Single selection fields migrated to Multiple selection fields - Development in Progress


• Changes not saved and errors prompted while building a new form - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
