Hi all!

Are you planning to attend Ignite this year?

Not sure what I’m talking about? Ignite is our annual user conference.
It offers a variety of thought-leadership/best practice sessions, how-to sessions, and opportunities to network with other users in the healthcare space.
Not to mention we feed you well & throw GREAT parties!

I’d love to connect in person, so use this link to sign up. I hope to see you there!

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way.

Unfortunately, the number of industry-specific sessions offered directly correlates with the number of registered attendees in that industry. Healthcare is, unfortunately, the lowest group in attendance, historically. This is my “chicken & egg” dilemma...every single year!

This year, the conference offers 4 healthcare-specific thought leadership sessions, and all product sessions are industry-agnostic. There are also various keynotes, product roundtables (your time to interact with our product team), 1:1 Speed Consulting, and 1:1Support sessions.

Plenty to fill 3 days, for sure!

Our group attended last time, but I boss was disappointed that there were no healthcare sessions and we were told we can’t attend this year.

Last year, we offered an abbreviated schedule for HC--2 days vs 3 --with sessions on AI, accreditation success, CMS compliance trends (presented by a deemed status accrediting body), an HC-specific product roundtable + all of the other agnostic sessions previously mentioned.

We did have to cancel 2 sessions last year related to the presenter having a death in her family: a discussion on suicide in the profession & an escape game (which was still improvised).

I hate that you all missed those. What could we have done better to ensure you all didn’t miss the opportunities?

We didn’t know they were available.  No one contacted us.

I attended last year, and did learn a few things. I would like to see more options for healthcare offered as well. I hope to attend next year.

We have used PowerDMS for several years and have attended almost every year.  It would be very helpful if they offered more healthcare sessions.  I am in document control and our group handles documents for 7 health centers and 2 hospitals, approx. 6000 documents.

I couldn’t agree more!!

I’m back to that chicken-and-egg scenario...in a data-informed space, it’s hard for me to build a business case to offer more than what we have currently, as HC attendees represent only 0.01% of registrants.

I’ve tried the “if we build it, they will come” approach...but that’s not proven to be effective, either--as last year we offered the most we’ve ever offered...and we got the same results we’ve always gotten (back to fighting the data-informed fight😉).

What would an ideal schedule of offerings look like to you all?
