A quick follow-up to our session this week:
1. Provided the enhancement items we discussed to the Product team: dual role assignment, Archive report changes, and auto-close print box
2. Communicated the platform concerns: approval box covering the workflow steps
3. Asked the question regarding notification of prior persons in the workflow if changes were made. Here’s the response: Now that we have Workflow flexibility, when someone makes changes, the master admin or workflow initiator can set the workflow to return to a specific step, and each subsequent level, starting with that step, can re-review the updated document.
