How to remove signed documents from profile?

Forum|alt.badge.img

We have published documents that get assigned by task/role that get signed off by associates as proof of training. There was a mix up in what documents were assigned and associates already signed off on the wrong documents. Is there a way to remove the signatures and/or signed documents from their pofile?

Hi @Blake V.

There isn’t an option to remove the signatures from a users profile, having this option could compromise the historical validity of the document.

By creating a new draft version of the document (even if there aren’t any changes to the document) and adjusting the signature assignment to reflect the correct groups/users, would allow for that document to be sent out again, and the correct personnel to sign off on the document.

Here’s an article you can find within the Success Community about sending documents out for signature.

Hope this helps!

Thank you Daniella! It does help and I had hunch that’d be the case, but is there a way to copy/ reupload an entire folder all at once or at least multiple files at once? Or will it need to be done one document at a time?

@Blake V.

You’re welcome!

You are also correct in needing to upload documents one at a time. Was the whole folder sent out for signatures?

Unfortunately, yes the whole older was sent out. Roughly 30 documents in the first and the others have an avg of about 8.
