We wanted to let you know about a minor enhancement related to attachment types that was released to production earlier today. Included in this enhancement are the following updates:

• The ability to configure standard attachment types such as Resume, Cover Letter, References, License, and Other. Prior to this enhancement, these attachment types were read-only and not configurable. The ‘Read-only’ column will also be removed from the attachment types grid (Admin > Definition Tables > Attachment Types).


• Removing the ‘Show all applicant attachments for OHC Users by default’ global setting from Agency Preferences now that the default OHC viewability settings can be configured at a more granular level for all attachment types (Admin > Agency Preferences > Attachments).

These updates will not impact your current attachment type configuration, including default OHC viewability settings for applicant attachments. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support Team at (877) 204-4442.
