The Insight team has been hard at work over the past several months on product modernization, an initiative aimed at improving the overall user experience and upgrading to the latest technology to help us roll out feature enhancements faster to our users. Product modernization is a long-term project that will continue throughout this year.
Modernization updates are released to production to our beta customers first before they are available to all customers. If you would like to preview the updated pages, they’re currently enabled for all customers in the UAT environment.
An upcoming release will include some minor changes to the user interface in the Online Hiring Center (OHC), but no significant impacts to functionality. Think of it as more of a fresh coat of paint rather than a major overhaul. These updates will be released to our modernization beta customers on March 21, 2023, and then to all customers during our next quarterly enhancement release that’s planned for the end of April.
We encourage you to login to your UAT account and check out the updates to the OHC prior to the release. Do some testing and put it through its paces like you would if it were a real recruitment. Should you have questions or run into any issues while testing, please contact Customer Support.
