As part of our ongoing commitment to job seeker account security, we updated our password management system yesterday January 8, 2025, at approximately around 3:00 AM PST. This security enhancement requires all job seekers to reset their passwords upon their next login in GovernmentJobs and SchoolJobs.

Important: While the password reset process is functioning correctly for most users, we have identified an issue that occurs when the "Save Password" button is clicked multiple times during the reset. This can result in an error message and may prevent the password from saving properly.

We are actively working to resolve this issue and expect to have a solution implemented as soon as possible today. Job seeker security and user experience are our top priorities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
