When sending an e-Reference form, you:

  • Unselect all of the reference contacts who were selected by default.
  • Re-select some of them in a random order.

The reference emails were intermittently sent to the incorrect email address.

If you selected references A and B, the system might accidentally send A’s email to B and B’s email to A.

  • After changing the view on an exam plan to show Active only candidates.
  • Initiating a bulk application update.
The update was selecting all candidates (active and archived), instead of the expected active only.
  • After switching Auto-Screening settings from Yes to No.
  • Deleting requirements.
  • Viewing the status for a candidate who meets all minimum requirements.
The status was incorrectly appearing as failed.

The job seeker is trying to apply the department filter on the agency’s career page, where the department name is long

When hovering over the department name, the system was not showing the alt text for long names. This makes it difficult for the job seeker to read the complete department name.

Now, job seekers will see the alt text text for longer names.

The job seeker is trying to accept the eOffer on the career page of the portal.

The job seeker can accept the eOffer one day after the due date.

Now, the job seekers can submit the eOffer on or before the due date, but not after.
