In the coming weeks, we will be releasing a series of updates aimed at significantly improving the overall connectivity of our platform. These enhancements will benefit Insight customers with multiple products and address common pain points with the New Hire and Preboarding integrations. Ultimately, our goal with this initiative is to make the transition from applicant to employee feel more seamless and simple between Insight and our other products, providing a better and more cohesive user experience.

The first phase of these updates will be released to production on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. It will focus on improvements to the New Hire Integration, specifically the Create/Update Employee page where you convert an applicant to a new employee or update an existing employee record in the case of a promotion, transfer, or rehire. Be sure to download the release notes for the complete details.
