We are experiencing an issue with being able to refer candidates to the referred list. It looks like this also may be impacting Onboard and OHC. Our dev team is working on it and we will put out an update soon via community.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Please note issue is also affecting the Eligible list - if you are experiencing this issue you are welcome to give us a call at 877 204 4442 / send an email to customersupport@neogov.net so we can create a ticket and update you once it is resolved. We will post an additional follow up here in Community as well. 

Our Development team has communicated that this should be fully resolved.
