Does anyone know if this release was delayed?
We here in Michigan are not seeing the changes either. We’ve reached out to our contact and are awaiting an answer .
Michigan here: we are wondering the same thing. we have an email into product support waiting to hear what might be happening.
It updated for us in Florida.

It was broken into a couple phases:
- Apr 16 - 250 pilot customers
- Apr 30 - everyone else
So if you’re not seeing the updated top navigation today, you can expect it on Apr 30. Apologies for the lack of better communication on that change.
When you say “pilot customers” is this beta customers? If so, how do you know if you are a pilot customer?
Hi Nancy - No, different than beta customers where you volunteer to test a specific feature for a finite time to give feedback. In this case, it was more a matter of NEOGOV wanting to roll out initially for customers with certain product combination as a sample test before rolling out to everyone. Just trying to be cautious with bigger changes like this to ensure smoother launches.
Net is that if you were on the pilot list, you will already see the update navigation today. If not, you will see it in a couple of weeks.

Good morning. I did see the updates this morning around 7am EST. However, when I checked again at 8am, they were not there. I’m assuming a rollback?
Morning all - I just saw an internal note that the release planned for this morning of the new Unified Dashboard and top navigation menu experiences has been rolled back due to a few technical issues. Currently troubleshooting and aiming to go again tonight. Should know for certain later today and I’ll post an update if will be delayed further. Thanks.
