We have a few important updates to share for Insight customers that have Unified Impersonation enabled. Please see below for details.


  • Any Insight user with OHC user impersonation permissions is now able to impersonate in Unified Self-Service, as long as the Insight user is also an HR Admin in all TMS products that your organization has access to.

  • Insight users with access to impersonate in Unified Self-Service can also impersonate from Insight. However, impersonation is only available from the Insight Dashboard. When 'Impersonate User' is selected from the drop-down while on any other page, users will be redirected to the Insight Dashboard.

  • Currently, in order to impersonate an OHC user, that user must also be an employee in TMS. We plan to change that in the coming weeks so that any OHC user can be impersonated via Unified Impersonation regardless of whether or not they are an employee. Be sure to keep an eye out for that update.
