Great news!!! This new Author update has squashed many of the bugs that have been so troublesome. Be sure to upgrade to 3.0.14 by March 19

Since having updated to 3.0.14, we have been unable to save changes made in word. Changes to pdfs and excel files have saved normally. We submitted a ticket/inquiry to the support email address last week and have heard nothing back.  Has anyone been able to figure out the issue or heard back from powerdms?

We do not have a ticket number because we never received a response from PowerDMS. We sent this to the support email address. Our site is actually a university health center. We are at Cal State Los Angeles. Is there a fix available for this? We are aware of the workaround (saving outside and uploading) but it’s difficult to do so when multiple people have to work on a single document. Please advise.

Hi all. FYI, I heard back on my ticket to support today. This was their response:

 

Thank you for your response. We have tested the behavior you reported and have confirmed it's an issue in our application. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and have submitted a report to the development team for analysis and resolution. Currently, I am unable to offer a date of resolution but as I get more information, I will provide you with an update.

 

I really hope this bug gets fixed quickly because it’s causing a huge headache and delay for us.😵
