Copying assessment entry

I have admin rights and assigned to an assessment in PowerDms, I have added proofs in the attachment section, completed the highlighting etc. But im unable to copy the entry, see attached. Please help.

I just tried and had the same issue.  I was not able to select a destination.  Maybe there is a bigger problem/bug?

How are you trying to copy the attachment? Are you trying to copy this attachment to another standard within the same assessment, or are you trying to copy this attachment into a different assessment that is built off the same manual?

 

There are a few rules to keep in mind when you’re trying to use the copy tool. 

Your assessment must be built off the SAME manual AND you must be a PARTICIPANT within both assessments. 

Only those with Participate rights over the original assessment and the assessment you're copying to as well as Edit privileges to the document you are attaching will be able to complete all of the included actions

Are you trying to copy it to another standard or another assessment? 

If you are trying to copy to another standard after I clicked ‘Continue’ (with the current assessment displayed) I was able to select “Copy to Role” as Accreditation Manager or other roles you may have and which standard to attach it to. Then I could go to the standard I selected and it was there.

I tested my ability to copy to another standard in the same assessment and I don’t have the option of clicking “Continue”… it is grayed out.  I’ve tried multiple attachments.  I’m getting the same issue that @Steve.V is getting.

If you’ve confirmed that the correct roles/responsibilities are established, and you’re still getting the grey message, I’d reach out to our Service Team. There was a bug reported earlier this week with copying attachments.
