I have been designing courses for my organization, using the Rich Text type element.  I enter in the course name, set a link to access training videos on other platforms, and when I hit SAVE, I lose all the information on the screen.  It happens with regularity.  Am I doing something wrong?

Simply put, I open a Rich Text element, type the course name on the top of the screen, hit return, set a link using the Hyperlink Manager, select OK, and when I am done with the element I select SAVE.  After hitting SAVE, the Rich Text screen goes blank, and I lost all the data.  I will have to X out of the program several times until it finally works.

I would ensure that you’re embedding your link within the middle “html" tab on the bottom of the design space (see below for reference).

If you’re adding a hyperlink to pivot your users to an outside site, that is when you’ll use the “Design" tab and click on the “insert link" option at the top of the design space.
