Every time I log into PowerDMS, it opens to the Consular Notification 1.1.4. It doesn't matter how I log off, or shut down the program, it always opens in that standard.
Good morning, Frank. You may want to contact DMS directly, as I am not sure how to help you. I usually just click the x on the top tab, and it closes and reopens the home page for me.
Hi Frank, I’ve noticed this platform requires cache and browsing data cleared quite often. Give that a shot and see how it goes.
wanted to make sure the cache and history clearing assisted in this problem?
