HR Admins with restricted department access were receiving course enrollment approval notifications for all learners, regardless of access.

This issue occurred due to a mismatch in how department permissions were applied during the notification process. The issue has been resolved. Now, when the Administrator option is selected as a course enrollment approver, HR Admins will only receive approval notifications for learners within their assigned departments.

In some cases, duplicate course enrollment records appeared in the course roster for the same learner.

This issue occurred when two bulk enrollment processes were initiated in close succession, which, under rare circumstances, resulted in the same learner being enrolled multiple times in the same course. A data correction was performed to remove the duplicate records. The course roster now accurately displays one enrollment per learner.

When selecting the “Export All Responses” option in a survey, users encountered a 500 error that blocked successful export.

The error was caused by duplicate entries in a database table, which generated conflicting sheet names during the export process. A data fix has been applied to resolve the duplication issue, and survey responses can now be exported without error.
