Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved
An issue was identified where certain course catalog online courses did not record Time Spent after completion, despite learners successfully finishing the course and receiving certificates. This impacted Training Activity, transcripts, and reporting.

Going forward, Time Spent will be accurately recorded for all new completions of affected catalog courses. Because this information is only captured at the time a course is completed, previously completed courses with missing Time Spent cannot be updated. This fix applies to future completions only.

An issue was identified where enrollment and waitlist counts could become inaccurate—primarily when multiple enrollments occurred in quick succession, or when admins performed bulk updates for waitlisted learners. This could prevent learners from enrolling even when space was available. Enrollment and waitlist counts are now accurate, and bulk actions for managing waitlisted learners are functioning as expected.
An issue was identified in which SFTP flat-file imports could fail to process all records, primarily when Risk Pool administrators uploaded large files with multiple client or agency records. This resulted in incomplete updates and required re-uploading files to ensure all records were processed. Import processing is now more stable, ensuring all records are successfully processed on the first attempt, eliminating the need for repeated uploads and improving data accuracy across accounts.
When administrators or managers were viewing an employee profile and checking their transcript, they would search for specific courses to verify completion details. Users would see two separate columns for the completion date, sometimes showing different dates due to how time zones were being processed. The duplicate column has been removed, and the system now displays a single completion date that correctly reflects the local time. This improvement eliminates confusion and ensures data accuracy across all learner transcripts.
An issue was identified in which the search fields within the enrollment flyout in the Admin Catalog did not accept text input after selecting an agency, making it difficult to locate and enroll specific learners. Search functionality within the enrollment window is now fully restored, allowing administrators to quickly find and enroll learners without interruption.
An issue was identified in which administrators and managers were unable to enter text in input fields within the external learning flyout after selecting a learning type, preventing them from adding details such as learning name and location. Input fields for external learning now function as expected, allowing users to successfully add and save external training records from the learner profile without interruption.
