We’re excited to share an update about how we communicate our quarterly product enhancements. To simplify your experience and reduce the number of meetings, we’re replacing the separate “NEOGOV Community” and “Spotlight” calls with a single quarterly webinar for each of our three HCM product modules:

  • Talent Acquisition (Insight, GovernmentJobs, SchoolJobs, Attract, Vetted)
  • Training, Development & Compliance (Onboard, eForms, Learn, Perform, Policy, Recall)
  • People & Workforce Management (Human Resources, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Payroll)

By consolidating each product’s quarterly user call into one webinar per module, we’ve made it easier for you to stay informed by reducing the number of webinars you attend if you use multiple NEOGOV products. In each webinar, we’ll cover the latest features and enhancements, so you’ll have all the important information in one place.

We appreciate your support and look forward to bringing you timely and streamlined updates. Webinar details will follow in the coming weeks. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Will these webinars still include the polls that the LE Community Calls previously had for gathering feedback on features and use cases?

Hi @Sarah Campbell, Thank you for your question. We will continue to offer product-specific poll questions to gather targeted feedback. In some cases, we may also host product-specific webinars to dive deeper into features and use cases and collect more direct input from users.

I only manage LEARN, so this is not useful to me. The quarterly webinar allowed me to stay on top of product releases for LEARN. This seems confusing and a waste of time if I need to listen to information about other products.

@kathleen.mccutcheon Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know how the quarterly Learn webinars have helped you stay up to date with product enhancements.

We understand your concern about the new format and the potential for information overload when multiple products are covered in a single session. Our goal with this change is to simplify the experience for users who rely on several NEOGOV products by streamlining communications into one comprehensive webinar per module.

That said, your point is very valid, if Learn is your primary focus, we want to ensure you can still easily access the updates that matter most to you. We’ll be making sure that each section of the webinar is clearly outlined in the agenda, so you’ll know exactly when Learn updates will be covered. We also plan to provide a recording with timestamps and accompanying resources after each session, so you can quickly find and review only the Learn content if that’s your preference.

Your feedback is extremely helpful as we continue to refine this process, and I’ll be sure to pass it along to our team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or suggestions—we want to make this as useful and time-efficient for you as possible.

Thanks again for being an engaged member of our community!
