Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved
When a course description included rich text (e.g., bold, italics, lists, links), raw HTML tags were displayed instead of formatted text on the Course Catalog page and under Admin > Settings > Featured Courses. This impacted readability for learners and admins. We updated the rendering for course descriptions and the Featured Courses display. Rich text now appears correctly, and HTML tags are no longer shown. Existing course content is unchanged—only the display has been corrected.
In some instances, a class that was fully completed continued to appear as an “Incomplete” task on learner task lists and dashboards, causing confusion and duplicate reminders. We corrected the status synchronization between class completion and task tracking. When a class is completed, the related task is now immediately marked complete across all views and reminders. Previously affected items now reflect the correct status.
Some learners were unable to view all assigned tasks on the Unified Self-Service Dashboard, resulting in an incomplete view of their to-do list. We corrected the dashboard’s display logic so all assigned tasks now load and display consistently. Task counts and lists are aligned, and newly assigned items appear as expected.
For HR Admins with limited department visibility, the Course Roster failed to load when the course had a very large roster (~6,000 enrollments). HR Admins with full department access did not experience this issue. We optimized the retrieval of rosters when department-level access restrictions are applied. The system now pre-filters by permitted departments before loading roster data. Roster pages now load reliably for all HR Admins, regardless of department visibility or roster enrollments.
After requesting a password reset, users saw a success/confirmation message, but no corresponding email appeared in the Notification Center or their email inbox, causing confusion and blocked sign-ins. We fixed the dispatch flow that triggers password reset notifications. Reset requests now correctly generate a Notification Center record and send the reset email.
In some instances, the Prebuilt Online Course Roster failed to load, preventing admins and instructors from viewing enrollment details for online courses. We corrected the roster query and loading logic for prebuilt online courses, improving pagination and timeouts. The roster now loads reliably, including for large enrollments, and supports search, filter, and export as expected.
