This notice pertains to agencies using the Document Export Subscription in Onboard. It was brought to our attention that the Document Export Subscription is exporting forms that may have been exported in the past. This is reported to primarily affect forms for terminated employees. This is because when an employee is terminated, the forms that are associated to that employee are archived. 

Upon investigation, our team found this to be caused by an update we made on Monday morning, which expanded the Document Export logic to check for updates in form status. We apologize for any inconvenience or clean up this issue causes and encourage customers to check the Document Export files dating back to Monday, December 9th. Our team is actively working on fixing this, and will provide an update once this issue has been resolved.

* The Document Export Subscription is an add-on service that allows you to schedule export of form files and data. If you are an Admin and do not see Document Export Subscription in your Onboard Administrative Settings, your agency does not utilize this service. *
