As previously announced, the new Form Builder and associated form enhancements will be released to the Production environment on Thursday, December 9 at 12:00 AM Pacific time. 

With the new Form Builder, new versions of “Standard I9” and “Standard W4” forms will be released. As a result, all completed and in-progress I9 and 2021 W4 forms will be archived as read-only PDFs and all pending form tasks will be updated to the new version of I9 and W4 forms. All I9 and W4 form items will be automatically updated to the new version in your checklists.

Upon switching to the new Form Builder, all your forms, with the exception of parent-child forms, will be migrated from the old Form Builder to the new one, meaning that you will be able to access them in the new Form Builder and use them in your checklists in the same way as before. Please note that any updates you make on your existing forms in the old Form Builder in period starting from November 30 to December 9 will not be migrated i.e. visible on your forms in the new Form Builder. Employees will be able to access their previously assigned forms, complete them, make edits if needed, and download them.

Migrated forms will be adjusted to incorporate changes that have been made for the form and field settings. They will keep the same layout and set of fields, but the overall look and style of the form will be aligned with the new style of the forms in the new Form Builder.
