Hi Onboard Users,

The issue regarding the E-Verify incorrectly communication of an account termination through email notifications has now been resolved. USCIS confirmed that they found the cause of the issue on their end and it has since been resolved. Those who utilize the E-Verify integration with Onboard should continue to have the ability to process cases. Please reach out to NEOGOV Customer Support should you have any issues.
