I want to inform you that the issue reported two days ago regarding duplicated system notifications in Onboard has been resolved. Currently, there are no reports of duplicated email notifications being sent out. Furthermore, the problem appears to have only affected certain clients within a less than 2-hour time frame. We are investigating the root cause of this issue. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team to log a case.
