General Changes

• Updated settings to ensure Call Taker names displayed throughout PowerEngage match what is entered under Settings > Personnel. Previously, a few agencies experienced discrepancies. 

• Users can now configure Rules to Send a Text Message and Send a Survey, adding value by allowing agencies to include variables from Encounters with Surveys. 

• Instead of configuring Headers on Surveys, you can now configure Rules to send a text message representing the header.  To do this, choose Text Message from the Survey phone number, providing a seamless experience for citizens receiving messages.
