General Changes
- Added a new Feedback Range filter to the Public Feedback Board Settings menu, allowing you to limit how much feedback you include on the board display.
- You can choose to limit feedback to a past number of days, such as the Last 7 days or to the last specific number of pieces of feedback received, such as the Last 100 Comments.
- As a default, the last 250 pieces of feedback still displays as usual if you don’t use this filter setting.
- Added an Included Surveys filter to the Settings of the Public Feedback Board allowing users to limit which surveys are included in the board’s display. Previously, feedback from all surveys displayed.
- For example, you can include your General Citizen Feedback survey for your Personnel but exclude surveys linked on your agency’s website.
- The drop-down menu option still defaults to show All Surveys.
